Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the October 9, 2008 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Raymond Vaillancourt, Robert Lutts,
and Thaddeus Buczko
Mayor Driscoll called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
Minutes of the September 11, 2008 meeting were reviewed by the Board.
Raymond Vaillancourt made motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and voted unanimously.
Two donations were received for the Class of 41’ scholarships ($15.00 & $20.00).
The checks will be forwarded to the Eastern Bank for deposit.
The Council on Aging sent a request for medication reimbursement from the Endicott Fund. Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve payment. The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and voted unanimously.
The Board members discussed programs for fuel assistance needs and available assistance.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
